Some rides are straight up, easy one offs and onto step 3 almost instantly. Other rides have plenty of considerations, and rightfully, you may be shopping around and reviewing options. Please give us as much detail as you can and we will cut to the chase to help you with the weigh up process, and offer friendly suggestions and advice if needed to help you compare, even if we realise there is a better option for you out there!
Confirmed, Locked in
Our confirmation system will give you both an email and SMS if you have given both forms of communication. Please review carefully and we believe there is no such thing as a stupid question, so reach out if anything is incorrect or you are unclear about anything relating to the booking or either parties obligations.
Ready to Travel
You will receive an agreed notification prior, likely the mobile number to quickly SMS any changes or updates, or if international sometimes an email or call. Any changes or rearranges (Normally relating to your transfers for flights etc) Comfort Rides has your information and will be in touch and we would also appreciate the same courtesy. We think of it simply, “The more notice either party can give, the more likely a positive outcome will be made easier.”
